Ep. 9 – Dave Crenshaw, Time Management Coach & Author Of “The Myth Of Multitasking”

We are so excited about this latest podcast episode!Ep. 9 - Dave Crenshaw, Time Management Coach & Author Of "The Myth Of Multitasking"

Time management author, public speaker, coach & trainer Dave Crenshaw has appeared in Time magazine, USA Today, FastCompany, the BBC News, & his courses on LinkedIn Learning have received millions of views. Crenshaw’s three books, including The Myth of Multitasking and his newest, The Power of Having Fun: How Meaningful Breaks Help You Get More Done , are in stores now.

The irony of Dave’s mission is that he considers himself very chaotic & inherently unproductive, even being diagnosed by a clinical psychologist as off the charts ADHD. That label became a personal challenge that led to developing simple systems that fast-paced business leaders worldwide now utilize to improve focus, structure, & stability. Crenshaw received his degree in Business Management-Entrepreneurship from the Marriott School at Brigham Young University & began his coaching career in 1998 as the youngest independent consultant for one of the world’s largest business coaching firms. Dave is the founder of Invaluable Inc., a coaching & training corporation that has helped transform hundreds of thousands of business leaders around the world. He currently lives in the shadow of Utah’s Rocky Mountains with his wife & children.
