Internationally accredited meditation, yoga & mindfulness teacher Melli O'Brien draws upon her unique blend of skills to help others via conference presentations, workshops & even festivals. Trained at the Mindfulness Institute of Australia, Melli was selected by the Satyananda Mangrove Mountain Ashram (the largest ashram in the southern hemisphere) to teach mindfulness retreats & is also a regular at other mindfulness retreats & courses in Australia & abroad. Noting that her mission is help others "enjoy a more conscious & connected life", Melli is quick to point out that as a mindfulness teacher, she remains, first & foremost, a devoted mindfulness practitioner (who’s still learning, discovering & deepening every day).
