As technology becomes even more entangled in our daily lives, I’ve struggled with all the things you have. Endless distractions, increasing stress, and a growing disconnection from what really matters. But in the most difficult moments, I knew there had to be a better way.
A way to take the best of technology, the parts that we all appreciate and enjoy, and use it to change my life. Using decades of training in Japanese martial arts, an intimate understanding of technology as a computer scientist, and experience in mindfulness meditation, I’ve developed a unique approach to use technology intentionally.
